Refund policy

Caroline McInally individually handcrafts each jewellery piece. As her work is made to order and tailored to the buyers own needs - rings cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.

Earrings are also non refundable due to hygiene purposes. 

Caroline can offer store credit for any pendant or necklaces/ bracelets ordered online if they are not a custom order/made to order category and are returned in original condition within the 14 day window.
