Terms of service

Caroline McInally individually handcrafts each jewellery piece. As her work is made to order and tailored to the buyers own needs - rings cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. Earrings are also non refundable due to hygiene purposes. 

Caroline can offer store credit for any pendant or necklaces ordered online if they are not a custom order.

Bracelets/bangles shown online are not in stock and are made after purchase so these cannot be refunded.
